Mediation Services
Half-Day Mediation or Arbitration
Half-Day Mediations and Arbitrations are generally held from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 1:30 - 5:30 p.m. Half-Day Mediations and Arbitrations have a two-hour minimum charge.
Full-Day Mediation or Arbitration
Full-Day Mediations and Arbitrations are generally held from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Full-Day Mediations and Arbitrations have a four-hour minimum charge.
Preparation Time
One hour of preparation time is included. Preparation time over one hour will be charged $100 per party per hour.
Travel Charges
Travel outside of Tampa Bay will be charged at $100 per hour per party, plus any flight, hotel, and car rental costs.
Fees
Number of Participants
Two Parties $175 per hour per party.
Three or More Parties $125 per hour per party.
Minimum Fees and Cancellation Policy
Half-Day Mediations and Arbitrations will be subject to a minimum fee of two hours. Full Day Mediations and Arbitrations will be subject to a minimum fee of four hours. Cancellations must be made five business days before the mediation to avoid being charged the Minimum Fees.
Computation of Time
Mediation and Arbitration Fees over the Minimum Fee will be charged in 30-minute increments.
Payment
Parties and/or counsel will be sent an invoice following the mediation or arbitration. All invoices are due and payable within 15 days. For arbitrations, the minimum fee is due fifteen days in advance. The parties will be sent an invoice for the remainder of the fee following the arbitration. Zoom Videoconferencing
All mediations and arbitrations are available utilizing Zoom Videoconferencing, providing convenience and cost savings by avoiding the time and expense of travel.
